S.I. No. 331/1947 - Drogheda Gas Charges Order, 1947.

1. This Order may be cited as the Drogheda Gas Charges Order, 1947.

2. On and after the 14th day of October, 1947, the maximum price in respect of gas supplied by the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Drogheda shall not exceed twenty-six decimal seven pence per therm.

3. The Emergency Powers (Drogheda Gas Charges) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 473 of 1942) is hereby revoked as on and from the 13th day of October, 1947.

No. 224 of 1939) as amended by the Emergency Powers (No. 173) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 166 of 1942) (which Orders are continued in forced by the

Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946
