, shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1947.

MIDWIVES ACT, 1944

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of

section 1

of the

Midwives Act, 1944

, as amended by the Emergency Powers (No. 349) Order 1944, hereby orders as follows :—
