S.I. No. 75/1944 - Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1944.

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1944.

2. Sub-article (2) of Article 3 of the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1943 as amended by an Order of the Minister dated the 31st day of July, 1943, shall be further amended by the substitution for the date " the 29th day of February, 1944 " wherever the said date appears in the said sub-article of the date " the 28th day of February, 1945."

3. This Order shall be read and construed as one with the Local Offices and Employments (Gaeltacht) Orders, 1928 to 1943 and may be cited collectively therewith as the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) Orders, 1928 to 1944.
