3. The 30th day of March, 1944, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.

CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1944) ORDER, 1944.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of

section 11

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936

(No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said sub-section and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—
