1. This Order may be cited as the Game Birds Protection Order, 1944 (Variation) Order, 1944.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Game Birds Protection Order, 1944 (

S. R. & O. No. 175 of 1944

), shall not prohibit the killing or taking of cock pheasants in the County of Cork during the month of November, 1944.
