S.I. No. 291/1944 - Local Government (Minor Officers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1944.

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Minor Officers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1944.

2. The Local Government (Minor Officers) Order, 1943, shall be amended by the addition to the Schedule thereto of the following offices in a District Mental Hospital or Auxiliary Mental Hospital

Mental Nurse (Male), and

Mental Nurse (Female).

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 8, section 9 and paragraph (

Local Government Act, 1941
