2. Article 9 of the Large Public Service Vehicles Regulations, 1935, is hereby repealed.

LARGE PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1944.

ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1933

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

Section 15

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1933

, and in exercise of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say :—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Large Public Service Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations, 1944.

(2) These Regulations and the Large Public Service Vehicles Regulations, 1935 and 1942, shall be construed as one and may be cited collectively as the Large Public Service Vehicles Regulations, 1935 to 1944.
