1. This Order may be cited as the
Insurance (Intermittent Unemployment) Act, 1942
(Sections 18 and 28) (Commencement) Order, 1943.
2. In this Order, the expression " the Act " means the
Insurance (Intermittent Unemployment) Act, 1942
(No. 7 of 1942).
3. (1) The 5th day of April, 1943, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 18 of the Act shall come into operation.
(2) The 28th day of June, 1943, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 28 of the Act shall come into operation.

(No. 7 of 1942), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—
