S.I. No. 558/1941 - Milk (Retail Price) (County Louth) (No. 2) Order, 1941.

1. This Order may be cited as the Milk (Retail Price) (County Louth) (No. 2) Order, 1941.

2. This Order applies to the administrative county of Louth.

3. The maximum price at which fresh milk (other than milk which is highest grade milk within the meaning of the Milk and Dairies (Special Designation) Regulations 1938 and 1939) may be sold or offered for sale retail under any set of conditions in the administrative County of Louth during the period from the 16th day of December, 1941 to the thirtieth day of April, 1942 shall be a price calculated at the rate of threepence halfpenny per pint.

4. The Milk (Retail Price) (County Louth) Order, 1941 is hereby revoked.

5. This Order shall come into force on the 16th day of December, 1941.

), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows, that is to say :—
