S.I. No. 452/1941 - Control of Imports (Quota No. 16, Eighth Period) Order, 1941.

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 16, Eighth Period) Order, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Aet, 1937 (No. 38 of 137), applies to this Order.

3. The period beginning on the 1st day of November, 1941, and ending on the 31st day of October, 1942, is hereby appointed to be the eighth quota period under the Control of Imports (Quota No. 16) Order, 1935, (

) (which relates to superphosphates, ground mineral phosphates and compound manures).

4. Eighteen thousand tons of the articles to which the said Control of Imports (Quota No. 16) Order, 1935, applies shall be the quota in respect of the said eighth quota period.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Control of Imports Aets, 1934 and 1937, and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
