(a) from Registered Wholesalers under licence as per details on accompanying form A.P.E. No. 6a.

(b) from Registered Dealers as per details on accompanying Form A.P.E. No. 6b

(c) from producers

(d) preserved eggs brought back

(e) from other sources

4. Eggs sold on home market during the month :—

(a) to Registered Wholesalers under licence as per details on accompanying Form A.P.E. No. 6c.

(b) to persons other than Registered Wholesalers

6. Dirty eggs and eggs unfit for human consumption acquired only from Registered Dealers and Producers and disposed of during the month in accordance with the Act and Regulations, i.e., destroyed or returned to suppliers

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1941.

I, SEAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the

Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939

(No. 2 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1941.

(2) These Regulations shall be construed as one with the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 to 1940, and these Regulations may be cited together with those Regulations as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 to 1941.
