1. This Order may be cited as the Apples (Regulation of Import) (Revocation) Order, 1940.

2. The Apples (Regulation of Import) Order, 1939, (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 329 of 1939), is hereby revoked as on and from the 20th day of February, 1940.

APPLES (REGULATION OF IMPORT) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1940.

The Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

Section 2

of the

Agricultural Products (Regulation of Import) Act, 1938

(No. 14 of 1938), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce, orders as follows :—
