1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1940) Order, 1940.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
3. The 31st day of August, 1940, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of
section 11
of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936
(No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said sub-section and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—
