S.I. No. 45/1937 - Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1937.

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1937.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1923

(No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. Article II of the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 254 of 1936), is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures "1st day of September, 1937," for the words and figures "1st day of March, 1937," now contained therein, and the said Order shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1937.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (3) of

Section 6

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936

(No. 43 of 1936), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time, at his discretion, by order, revoke or amend a milk (joint district) order

AND WHEREAS the following milk (joint district) order, namely, the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 254 of 1936), was made on the 8th day of September, 1936

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of

Section 6

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936

(No. 43 of 1936) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—
