1. This Order may be cited as the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(Date of Commencement) (No. 1) Order, 1936.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1923

, shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in the same manner in which it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. All the provisions of the Act except Section 32, Section 33 and the whole of Part IV shall for all purposes come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1937.

THE MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) (No. 1) ORDER, 1936.

WHEREAS by

Section 2

of the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(in this Order referred to as "the Act"), it is enacted that the Act shall come into operation on such day or days as may be fixed therefor by any Order or Orders of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision, and different days may be so fixed for different purposes and different provisions of the Act

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers so conferred on him hereby orders, as follows, that is to say:—
