1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) (Amendment) Regulations, 1935.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1923
(No. 46 of 1923) applies to the interpretation of these Regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
3. Paragraph 3 of the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) Regulations, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 359 of 1934), shall cease to have effect immediately upon the coming into operation of these Regulations.
4. On and after the day on which these Regulations come into operation, the minimum price at which bullocks and heifers aged six months or more may be bought by a registered proprietor of registered premises shall be twenty-two shillings the hundred-weight.
5. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 8th day of April, 1935.

CATTLE (MINIMUM PRICE AND CALCULATION OF PRICE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1935.
WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of
section 25
of the
Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934
(No. 42 of 1934), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order make regulations for all or any of the purposes mentioned in the said sub-section and, amongst others, for the purpose of fixing the minimum price at which cattle may be bought by a registered proprietor of registered premises
AND WHEREAS in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said sub-section (1) of the said section 25 the Minister for Agriculture made the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) Regulations, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 359 of 1934)
NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 25
of the
Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934
(No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say:—
