S.I. No. 7/1930 - District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927: Variation Order No. 14.

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

In Part I of the Schedule:—

(

a

) delete all reference to the Court at Kilfinnane in the County Limerick and the corresponding Court area;

(

b

) include in the Court area of Kilmallock in the same County the following District Electoral Divisions, viz.:—

Ballylanders, Darragh, Duntryleague, Emlygrennan, Galbally, Glenbrohane, Griston, Kilfinnane, Kilflyn, Particles and Riversdale.

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 14), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section 3 of

Section 47

of the

Court Officers Act, 1926

(No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—
