THE ELECTORAL (DUBLIN COMMERCIAL) ORDER, 1930.
WHEREAS by
Section 18
of the
Electoral (Dublin Commercial) Act, 1930
, it is enacted in effect that the Minister for Local Government and Public Health may by regulations made by him under the said section prescribe any matter or thing which is referred to in the said Act as prescribed or to be prescribed
AND WHEREAS the matters or things hereinafter referred to are matters or things which are in the said Act referred to as prescribed or to be prescribed
NOW THEREFORE the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him as aforesaid, does hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:—
