1.—(1) Money borrowed, whether before or after the passing of this Act, by a rural sanitary authority for the purposes of the Labourers (Ireland) Acts, 1883 to 1919, shall not be reckoned as part of the debt of such rural sanitary authority for the purpose of the limitation on borrowing contained in section 238 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878.

(2) Sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 238 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878, shall cease to be incorporated in the Labourers (Ireland) Act, 1883.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Labourers Act, 1930.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Labourers (Ireland) Acts, 1883 to 1919, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Labourers (Ireland) Acts, 1883 to 1930.
