1. This Order may be cited as the

Dairy Produce Act, 1924

2. In this Order the expression "the Act" means the

3. The

Interpretation Act, 1923

(No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

4. The 1st day of March, 1927, is hereby fixed and appointed as the date mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 42 of the Act as a date to be prescribed.

5. The 1st day of March, 1927, is hereby fixed and appointed as the date at which section 43 of the Act shall come into operation.

SAORSTÁT EIREANN. STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1927. No. 15.

DAIRY PRODUCE ACT, 1924 (REGULATIONS UNDER PART V.) ORDER No. 2, 1927.

WHEREAS Part V. of the

Dairy Produce Act, 1924

(No. 58 of 1924), came into operation on the 8th day of June, 1925, by virtue of an Order of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture made under Section 1 of that Act

AND WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 46 of the said

Dairy Produce Act, 1924

, that the said Minister may by order make regulations in regard to any matter or thing referred to in that Act as prescribed or as being or to be prescribed

NOW I, Patrick Hogan, Minister for Lands and Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by the

Dairy Produce Act, 1924

(No. 58 of 1924), and of every and any other power me in that behalf enabling, do by this my Order make the Regulations following, that is to say
