Vabariigi Valitsus — Eesti Vabariigi ja Gruusia vaheline ajutiselt viisataotluste läbivaatamise eest välisesindustes riigilõivust loobumise kokkulepe — RT II, 2005, 22, 75

Vabariigi Valitsuse 18.08.2005 korraldus nr 531 kokkuleppe eelnõu heakskiitmise kohta Välisministeeriumi teadaanne välislepingu jõustumise kohta Vabariigi Valtisuse korraldus välislepingu lõpetamise kohta Gruusia Suursaatkonnale Vilnius 8.2/10693 Eesti Vabariigi Välisministeerium avaldab oma lugupidamist Gruusia Suursaatkonnale Leedu, Läti ja Eesti Vabariigis ning tal on au teatada järgmist. Võttes arvesse Gruusia valitsuse otsuse loobuda viisanõudest Euroopa Liidu ja sealhulgas Eesti Vabariigi kodanike suhtes, on Eesti Vabariigi valitsus otsustanud vastastikkuse põhimõttel loobuda Gruusia kodanikelt riigilõivu võtmisest transiit- ja ühekordsete viisade taotluste läbivaatamise eest Eesti Vabariigi välisesindustes alates 1.09.2005 kuni Gruusia poolt kehtestatud viisanõudest loobumise kehtimiseni Eesti Vabariigi kodanike suhtes. Kuivõrd Eesti Vabariigi seaduste kohaselt on riigilõivust vabastamine võimalik kahepoolse kokkuleppe alusel, siis teeb Välisministeerium ettepaneku, et käesolev noot ja Gruusia poole vastusnoot moodustavad viisataotluste eest võetavast riigilõivust loobumise kokkuleppe, mis jõustub Gruusia noodi saabumise päeval. Considering the decision of the Government of Georgia to waive the visa requirement for the citizens of the European Union and including for the citizens of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Estonia has on the basis of reciprocity decided to waive the collecting of the state fee from the Georgian citizens for examining applications for transit and single-entry visas in the foreign missions of the Republic of Estonia as of 1.09.2005 until the validity of the waiver of the visa requirement established by Georgia for the citizens of the Republic of Estonia. In so far as pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia the exemption from the state fee is possible under a bilateral agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposes that this note and the note of confirmation by the Georgian side constitute an agreement on the waiver of the state fee collected for visa applications, which would enter into force as of the date of the arrival of the Georgian note.
