EÜEVAN — Euroopa ühenduste ja nende liikmeriikide ning Eesti Vabariigi vahelise assotsiatsiooninõukogu otsus nr 5/2001 — RT II, 2001, 23, 122

Vabariigi Valitsuse 05.06.2001 korraldus nr 372 otsuse eelnu heakskiitmise kohta Euroopa ühenduste ja nende liikmeriikide ning Eesti Vabariigi vahelise assotsiatsiooninõukogu otsus nr 5/2001, millega määratakse kindlaks Eesti osamaks aastail 2001–2006 programmides «Socrates II» ja «Noored» osalemiseks 12/06/2001 Assotsiatsiooninõukogu, võttes arvesse ühelt poolt Euroopa ühenduste ja nende liikmesriikide ning teiselt poolt Eesti Vabariigi vahelist assotsiatsiooni loomise Euroopa lepingut,1 eriti selle artiklit 108, ning arvestades, et: (1) EL-Eesti assotsiatsiooninõukogu 24. juuli 2000. aasta otsusega 1/20002 võeti vastu tingimused Eesti Vabariigi osalemiseks programmide «Leonardo da Vinci» ja «Socrates» teises etapis ning seda kohaldatakse nende programmide kogu kehtivusaja jooksul; (2) EL-Eesti assotsiatsiooninõukogu 20. septembri 2000. aasta otsusega 2/20003 võeti vastu tingimused Eesti Vabariigi osalemiseks programmis «Noored» ning seda kohaldatakse selle programmi kogu kehtivusaja jooksul; (3) Otsuse 1/2000 II lisa punkt 2 ja otsuse 2/2000 II lisa punkt 1 näevad ette, et osamaksu, mille Eesti maksab vastavalt programmides «Socrates II» ja «Noored» osalemiseks aastatel 2001–2006 Euroopa Liidu eelarvesse, otsustab assotsiatsiooninõukogu 2000. aasta jooksul; on teinud järgmise otsuse. Artikkel 1 Osamaks, mille Eesti maksab programmis «Socrates II» osalemiseks aastatel 2001–2006 Euroopa Liidu eelarvesse, on järgmine (eurodes): Aasta 2001 Aasta 2002 Aasta 2003 Aasta 2004 Aasta 2005 Aasta 2006 737 000 755 000 771 000 792 000 815 000 846 000 Artikkel 2 Osamaks, mille Eesti maksab programmis «Noored» osalemiseks aastatel 2001–2006 Euroopa Liidu eelarvesse, on järgmine (eurodes): Aasta 2001 Aasta 2002 Aasta 2003 Aasta 2004 Aasta 2005 Aasta 2006 478 000 507 000 536 000 562 000 589 000 625 000 Artikkel 3 PHARE vahendeid taotletakse järgmise ajakava kohaselt: – programmi «Socrates II» osamaksuks järgmised aastasummad (eurodes): Aasta 2001 Aasta 2002 Aasta 2003 Aasta 2004 Aasta 2005 Aasta 2006 337 000 355 000 321 000 292 000 265 000 246 000 – programmi «Noored» osamaksuks järgmised aastasummad (eurodes): Aasta 2001 Aasta 2002 Aasta 2003 Aasta 2004 Aasta 2005 Aasta 2006 178 000 207 000 186 000 162 000 189 000 175 000 Ülejäänud summa Eesti osamaksust kaetakse Eesti riigieelarvest. DECISION NO 5/2001 OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES AND THEIR MEMBER STATES, OF THE ONE PART, AND THE REPUBLIC OF ESTONIA, OF THE OTHER PART, ESTABLISHING THE FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION OF ESTONIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SOCRATES II AND YOUTH PROGRAMMES IN THE YEARS 2001 TO 2006 of 12/06/2001 The Association Council Having regard to the Europe Agreement establishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Estonia, of the other1, and in particular Article 108 thereof, Whereas: (1) Decision 1/2000 of 24 July 2000 of the EU-Estonia Association Council2 adopted the terms and conditions for the participation of the Republic of Estonia in the second phase of the Leonardo da Vinci and Socrates programmes, and it applies for the duration of these programmes. (2) Decision 2/2000 of 20 September 2000 of the EU-Estonia Association Council3 adopted the terms and conditions for the participation of the Republic of Estonia in the Youth programme, and it applies for the duration of this programme. (3) Annex II, point 2 of Decision 1/2000, and Annex II, point 1 of Decision 2/2000 provide that the financial contribution to be paid by Estonia to the budget of the European Union to participate in the Socrates II and Youth programmes respectively in the years 2001 to 2006 will be decided by the Association Council in the course of the year 2000, Has decided as follows: Article 1 The financial contribution to be paid by Estonia to the budget of the European Union to participate in the Socrates II programme in the years 2001 to 2006 shall be the following (in euros): Year 2001 Year 2002 Year 2003 Year 2004 Year 2005 Year 2006 737 000 755 000 771 000 792 000 815 000 846 000 Article 2 The financial contribution to be paid by Estonia to the budget of the European Union to participate in the Youth programme in the years 2001 to 2006 shall be the following (in euros): Year 2001 Year 2002 Year 2003 Year 2004 Year 2005 Year 2006 478 000 507 000 536 000 562 000 589 000 625 000 Article 3 PHARE funds shall be requested according to the following schedule: – for the financial contribution to the Socrates II programme, the following yearly amounts (in euros): Year 2001 Year 2002 Year 2003 Year 2004 Year 2005 Year 2006 337 000 355 000 321 000 292 000 265 000 246 000 – for the financial contribution to the Youth programme, the following yearly amounts (in euros): Year 2001 Year 2002 Year 2003 Year 2004 Year 2005 Year 2006 178 000 207 000 186 000 162 000 189 000 175 000 The remaining part of Estonia’s contribution shall be covered from the Estonian State budget.
