Konventsiooni muutmisdokumendi ja selle lisa ratifitseerimise seadus Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo moodustamise konventsioon Välisministeeriumi teadaanne välislepingu Eesti Vabariigi suhtes jõustumise kohta Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo moodustamise konventsiooni (Haag, 1993) osapooled, arvestades, et Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo nõukogu on oma 14ndal korralisel kohtumisel, mis toimus 2002. aasta 8.–9. aprillil Kopenhaagenis, vastu võtnud Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo moodustamise konventsiooni (Haag, 1993) muudatused, mis on tehtud kooskõlas konventsiooni artiklis 20 sätestatud korraga, on kokku leppinud järgmises. Artikkel 1. Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo moodustamise konventsiooni (Haag, 1993), (edaspidi konventsioon), on muudetud ning konsolideeritud versioon konventsioonist, nii nagu seda on muudetud, on lisatud antud muutmisdokumendile. Artikkel 2 Vastavalt konventsiooni artiklis 20 sisalduvatele sätetele jõustub konventsioon muudetud kujul kõigi konventsiooni osapoolte jaoks kolmanda kuu esimesel päeval pärast seda, kui Taani valitsus teatab osapooltele, et on saanud kõikidelt osapooltelt kirjaliku teate muudatuste ratifitseerimisest, heakskiitmisest või kinnitamisest. Selle tunnistamiseks on vastavaid volitusi omavad konventsiooni osapoolte esindajad kirjutanud alla antud muutmisdokumendile, millega muudetakse Euroopa Raadiosidebüroo moodustamise konventsiooni (Haag, 1993). Koostatud 2002. aasta 9. aprillil Kopenhaagenis ühes eksemplaris inglise, prantsuse ja saksa keeles, kõik tekstid omavad võrdset jõudu. Article 2 According to the provisions of Article 20 of the Convention, the Convention, as amended, will enter into force for all Contracting Parties on the first day of the third month after the Government of Denmark has notified the Contracting Parties of the receipt of notifications of ratification, acceptance or approval from all Contracting Parties. In witness whereof the undersigned representatives of the Contracting Parties, having been duly authorised thereto, have signed the present Instrument amending the Convention for the Establishment of the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) (The Hague, 1993). Done at Copenhagen this 9th day of April 2002 in a single copy in the English, French and German languages, each text being equally authentic.
