This Regulation establishes the form (Annex1) for the notice to be submitted to the Financial Intelligence Unit by the persons specified in subsections 3(1) and (2) of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act and subsections 6(1) to (12), paragraphs 16(1)1) to 12) and subsection 17(1) of the International Sanctions Act, and the instructions (Annex2) for the completion of the form.

Regulation No 12 of the Minister of the Interior of 23 January 2008 ‘Form for the notice to be submitted to the Financial Intelligence Unit and the instructions for the completion thereof’ shall be repealed.
