§ 1 Approval of the harmonised conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti Open official source

This decree approves the harmonised conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti as follows

1) General terms and conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti (Annex 1);

2) Special terms and conditions for main cash accounts (Annex 2);

3) Special terms and conditions for real-time gross settlement dedicated cash accounts (Annex 3);

4) Special terms and conditions for TARGET2-securities dedicated cash accounts (Annex 4);

5) Special terms and conditions for TARGET instant payment settlement (TIPS) dedicated cash accounts (Annex 5);

6) Special terms and conditions for ancillary systems (AS) using real-time gross settlement ancillary system (RTGS AS) settlement procedures (Annex 6);

7) Special terms and conditions for ancillary systems using the TARGET instant payment settlement (TIPS) ancillary system settlement procedure (Annex 7);
