This decree sets the countercyclical capital buffer rate for the credit risk positions of credit institutions based in Estonia at 1%.

Decree No 8 of the Governor of Eesti Pank of 1 December 2015 “The countercyclical capital buffer rate” (RT I, 02.12.2015, 14) is repealed.
