This decree sets the countercyclical capital buffer rate for the credit risk positions of credit institutions based in Estonia at 1.5%.

Decree No 16 of the Governor of Eesti Pank of 29 November 2021 “The countercyclical capital buffer rate” (RT I, 03.12.2021, 3) is repealed.
