Välislepingu jõustumine Sloveenia Vabariik 16. mail 2008 nootide vahetamise teel sõlmitud Eesti Vabariigi ja Sloveenia Vabariigi viisaküsimustes Montenegro Vabariigis esindamise kokkuleppe ja 27. märtsil 2009 nootide vahetamise teel sõlmitud Eesti Vabariigi ja Sloveenia Vabariigi viisaküsimustes Bulgaaria Vabariigis esindamise kokkuleppe muutmise kokkulepe (Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Slovenia on the Amendments to the Arrangement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Slovenia on visa representation in the Republic of Montenegro concluded by the exchange of notes on 16 May 2008 and to the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Slovenia on visa representation in the Republic of Bulgaria concluded by the exchange of notes on 27 March 2009 – RT II 2010, 10, 35), mis on sõlmitud nootide vahetamise teel, jõustus 5. aprillil 2010. aastal.
