Vabariigi Valitsus — Eesti ja Islandi vaheline põllumajandusprotokoll — RT II, 1996, 38, 143

Põllumajandusprotokolli ratifitseerimise seadus Vabariigi Valitsuse 30.04.1996 korraldus nr 393-k põllumajandusprotokolli heakskiitmise kohta Välisministeeriumi teadaanne välislepingu lõppemise kohta Mitteametlik tõlge Alla kirjutatud 6. mail 1996. a. Eesti Vabariigi valitsus (edaspidi Eesti) ja Islandi Vabariigi valitsus (edaspidi Island), on kokku leppinud järgnevas: Artikkel 1 Island tagab käesoleva protokolli lisas 1 täpsustatud Eestist pärinevatele toodetele tollimaksude vähendamise. Artikkel 2 Eesti rakendab lisas 1 täpsustatud Islandilt pärinevatele toodete suhtes vähemalt sama soodsat kohtlemist kui Island rakendab Eesti toodete suhtes vastavalt käesoleva protokolli artiklile 1. Artikkel 3 1. 2. Käesoleva artikli 1. lõike alusel võidakse kindlaksmääratud tollimakse lisas 1 täpsustatud põllumajandustoodetele rakendada ainult nendel juhtudel, kui toimub nende toodete ülekandumine põllumajanduslike baastoodete grupist töödeldud põllumajanduslike toodete gruppi. Olemasolevad eelistuste määrad, mis eelnesid neile muudatustele, tuleb säilitada kõikidel ülalmainitud kindlaksmääratud tollimaksude rakendamise juhtudel. Artikkel 4 Päritolureeglid käesoleva protokolli lisas 1 esitatud tollimaksude vähendamise rakendamiseks on toodud käesoleva protokolli lisas 2. Koostatud Tallinnas 6. mail 1996. a. kahes autentses originaaleksemplaris inglise keeles. Eesti Vabariigi valitsuse nimel P. KOLBRE Islandi Vabariigi Valitsuse nimel H. H. The Parties to this Protocol shall hold consultations within the Joint Committee before the application of changes in the import regime of the agricultural products according to the Article 3 to this Protocol. Article 9 The Protocol shall enter into force from the date of entry into force of the Agreement between the EFTA States and Estonia or be applied provisionally at the same date as the Agreement. Article 10 The Protocol shall remain into force until the expiration of the Agreement between the EFTA States and Estonia.
