Vabariigi Valitsus — Eesti Vabariigi, Soome Vabariigi ja Rootsi Kuningriigi vahel sõlmitud reisiparvlaeva «Estonia» puudutava lepingu lisaprotokoll — RT II, 1996, 29, 105

Eesti Vabariigi, Soome Vabariigi ja Rootsi Kuningriigi vaheline kokkulepe reisiparvlaev «Estonia» kohta Eesti Vabariigi valitsus, Soome Vabariigi valitsus ja Rootsi Vabariigi valitsus, olles 23. veebruaril 1995 Tallinnas alla kirjutatud resiparvlaeva «Estonia» vraki kaitse alase lepingu osapooled (RT II 1995, 21, 114), soovides edaspidi tugevdada vraki, mis on katastroofiohvrite viimaseks puhkepaigaks, kaitset mis tahes häiriva tegevuse eest, on kokku leppinud järgnevas: Artikkel 1 Kõik riigid, kellel on vastav soov, võivad liituda lepinguga, mis on sõlmitud Eesti Vabariigi, Soome Vabariigi ja Rootsi Kuningriigi vahel ning mis puudutab reisiparvlaeva «Estonia» kaitset ja on alla kirjutatud Tallinnas 23. veebruaril 1995. Artikkel 2 Lepinguga liituvad riigid deponeerivad oma liitumisdokumendi Rootsi Valitsuse juures. Artikkel 3 Leping jõustub lepinguga liituva riigi suhtes sellel kuupäeval, mil liitumisdokument deponeeritakse depositaari juures. Koostatud Stockholmis 23. aprillil 1996. BJURNER Protocol additional to the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden regarding the M/S Estonia The Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Finland and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden being Parties to the Agreement on the protection of the wreck of the m/s Estonia, signed at Tallinn on 23 February 1995, wishing to further strengthen the protection of the wreck, as a final place of rest for the victims of the disaster, from any disturbing activities, have agreed as follows: Article 1 All States, wishing to do so, may accede to the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden on the protection of the wreck of the m/s Estonia, signed at Tallinn on 23 February 1995. Article 2 States acceding to the Agreement shall deposit its instrument of accession with the Government of Sweden. Article 3 The Agreement shall enter into force for a State acceding to the Agreement on the date of the deposition of the instrument of accession with the depositary.
