Vabariigi Valitsus — Eesti Vabariigi välisministri noot Eesti Vabariigi Valitsuse ja Taani Kuningriigi Valitsuse vahelise viisakohustuste vastastikuse kaotamise lepingu sõlmimisest — RT II, 1994, 23, 69

Sellisest peatamisest tuleb teisele valitsusele viivitamatult teatada diplomaatiliste kanalite kaudu. Artikkel 8 Käesolev leping jõustub 1. mail 1993. Mõlemal valitsusel on õigus lõpetada lepingu kehtivus, teatades sellest kirjalikult, kusjuures leping kaotab kehtivuse ühe kuu möödumisel kirjaliku teate saamise päevast. * Alus: Vabariigi Valitsuse protokolliline otsus 15. aprillist 1993. a. Article 7 Either Government may temporarily suspend the foregoing provisions in whole or in part, except Articles 5 and 6 thereof, for reasons of public order. Such suspension shall be notified immediately to the other Government through diplomatic channels. Article 8 The present Agreement shall enter into force on May 1, 1993. The Agreement may be denounced by either Government by notification in writing the denounciation taking effect one month after the date of the notification. If the above proposals are acceptable to the Government of Denmark, I have the honour to suggest that the present letter and Your Excellency's reply shall constitute an Agreement between the two Governments in this matter. Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration. Trivimi VELLISTE
