Vabariigi Valitsus — Eesti Vabariigi ja Moldova Vabariigi vaheline viisataotluse läbivaatamise eest riigilõivust loobumise kokkulepe — RT II, 2007, 2, 5

Vabariigi Valitsuse 19.10.2006 korraldus nr 572 kokkuleppe eelnõu heakskiitmise kohta Välisministeeriumi teadaanne välislepingu jõustumise kohta Vabariigi Valitsuse 13.12.2007 korraldus nr 24 välislepingu lõpetamise kohta The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and has the honour to convey the following. The Government of the Republic of Estonia has decided to waive the collecting of the state fee from the citizens of the Republic of Moldova for processing the applications for transit and single-entry visas in the foreign missions of the Republic of Estonia. In so far as pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia the exemption from the state fee is possible under a bilateral agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposes that this Note and the Note of confirmation by the Moldovan side shall constitute an agreement on the waiver of the state fee collected for visa applications, that shall enter into force as of the date of the arrival of the Moldovan note. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia avail itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova the assurances of its highest consideration. Tallinn, October 24, 2006 [Signature] Eesti Vabariigi Välisministeerium avaldab oma lugupidamist Moldova Vabariigi Välisministeeriumile ning tal on au teatada järgmist. Eesti Vabariigi valitsus on otsustanud loobuda Moldova Vabariigi kodanikelt riigilõivu võtmisest transiit- ja ühekordsete viisade taotluste läbivaatamise eest Eesti Vabariigi välisesindustes. Kuivõrd Eesti Vabariigi seaduste kohaselt on riigilõivust vabastamine võimalik kahepoolse kokkuleppe alusel, siis teeb Välisministeerium ettepaneku, et käesolev noot ja Moldova poole vastusnoot moodustavad viisataotluste eest võetavast riigilõivust loobumise kokkuleppe, mis jõustub Moldova poole noodi saabumise päeval. Eesti Vabariigi Välisministeerium kasutab juhust, et veelkord avaldada Moldova Vabariigi Välisministeeriumile oma sügavaimat lugupidamist. Tallinnas, 24. oktoobril 2006 [Allkiri] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and has the honour to confirm the receipt of the Ministry’s Note No. 8.2/11565 from October 25, 2006, with the following content: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and has the honour to convey the following. The Government of the Republic of Estonia has decided to waive the collecting of the state fee from the citizens of the Republic of Moldova for processing the applications for transit and single-entry visas in the foreign missions of the Republic of Estonia. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia the assurance of its highest consideration.
