Cirkulæreskrivelse om svinekød - Sydafrika

Til samtlige til eksport af fersk kød og kødprodukter autoriserede virksomheder samt dyrlægerne ved disse.

Forsendelserne skal være ledsaget af importtilladelse (ref. 13/1/1/17/ ) og oprindelses- og sundhedsattest (form. K.K. 1700-1973) med følgende tilføjelse på attestens bagside

»It is furthermore certified

a) that Denmark has been free from Foot and Mouth Disease, Swine Fever and Swine Vesicular Disease for a period of at least 6 (six) months, and that the pigs have not been vaccinated with an attenuated Foot and Mouth Disease vaccine during a period of 60 (sixty) days immediately prior to slaughter,

b) that the pigs emanate from an area where no casesof Aujesky's Disease or Teschen Disease have occurred within af radius of 50 (fifty) kilometers of the farm of origin during the previous 6 (six) months,

c) that the pigs were examined by a veterinarian and found to be healthy and free from notifiable diseases prior to slaugther,

d) that the pigs have not been exposed to infection during transportation or slaughter,

e) that the abattoir and/or plant has been approved by the ChiefMeat Hygiene Officer of the Republic of South Africa for export to the Republic of South Africa,

f) that the animals have been subject to both ante and post mortem veterinary inspection and were found to be free from signs of any infectious disease to which the species is susceptible, and were unconditionally passed as fit for human consumption,

g) that the carcasses from which the pork/pork fat Was derived have been examined and found free from trichinosis.«

Attestationen skal - ligesom attestens forside - dateres og forsynes med embedsstempel og den kontrollerende dyrlæges underskift.

På grund af Morbus Aujeszky situationen vil attestationen indtil videre kun kunne afgives for svinekød hidrørende fra Bornholm, Sjælland og Lolland-Falster, og eksporten skal ske direkte fra slagteriet, for kartonnerede varer dog eventuelt via frysehus.

Som det fremgår af attestationen, skal virksomheden på forhånd være godkendt af de sydafrikanske veterinærmyndigheder.

Svineslagterierne på Bornholm, Sjælland og Lolland-Falster og frysehusene Cold Stores A/S, Tåstrup (Aut. nr. 171), Frigoscandia A/S, Avedøre Holme (aut. nr. 174), AGRI-norcold A/S, Næstved (aut. nr. 95) og Cold Stores A/S, København (aut. nr. 199) er godkendt af de sydafrikanske myndigheder.
