Art. 9

1 Taxifahrerinnen und Taxifahrer ohne kantonale oder aus- Ausser-

serkantonale Bewilligung dürfen im Kanton Zürich keine Dienstleis- kantonale

tungen anbieten.

2 Taxifahrerinnen und Taxifahrer mit ausserkantonaler Bewilligung

dürfen im Kanton Zürich die Dienstleistungen gemäss § 12 Abs. 1 PTLG

erbringen.

3 Wenn sie innerhalb des Kantons Fahrgäste auf Begehren hin auf-

nehmen und absetzen, benötigen sie einen Taxiausweis und eine Taxi-

fahrzeugbewilligung des Kantons Zürich.
