Art. 12

1 Die Tarife, nach denen die Taxifahrerinnen und Taxifahrer

ihre Dienstleistungen anbieten, gliedern sich nach

a. Grundtarif (pro Fahrauftrag),

b. Wegtarif (pro Fahrtkilometer) und

c. Zeittarif (pro Minute).

2 Sie können nach Anzahl Personen, Tageszeit, Wochentag und

Wegstrecke abgestuft werden.

3 Für Dienstleistungen mit erhöhtem Aufwand oder für Fahrten mit

besonderer Ausstattung können Zuschläge erhoben werden.
