Art. 54

1 Die Mitglieder haben durch Beiträge die für die Erfüllung

der Genossenschaftsaufgaben notwendigen Mittel beizubringen.

2 Die Ausführungskosten werden nach Massgabe des Nutzens, die

Unterhaltskosten nach Massgabe der Statuten verteilt. Die Genossen-

schaft kann an die Ausführungskosten im voraus Teilzahlungen einfor-

dern.
