Art. 1
Der Kanton45 fördert und unterstützt die Landwirtschaft im Zweck
Rahmen dieses Gesetzes und der Vorschriften des Bundes. Die kanto-
nalen Massnahmen bezwecken eine von den natürlichen Produktions-
grundlagen ausgehende rationelle landwirtschaftliche Produktion sowie
die Erhaltung und Festigung des bäuerlichen Familienbetriebs, der nach
Möglichkeit in den gewachsenen Siedlungsstrukturen zu erhalten ist.
