Art. 3

1 Anspruch auf ergänzende Hilfen zur Erziehung haben Kin- Anspruch und

der und Jugendliche mit Wohnsitz im Kanton Zürich.

Angebot

2 Er besteht grundsätzlich bis zur Volljährigkeit. Über die Volljäh-

rigkeit hinaus besteht er insbesondere bis zum Abschluss einer ergän-

zenden Hilfe zur Erziehung.

3 Die Verordnung legt die Angebote fest.

4 Die Gestaltung des Angebots erfolgt auf der Grundlage einer kan-

tonalen Gesamtplanung und trägt den Grundsätzen der Wirksamkeit,

Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit Rechnung.
