Art. 27
1 Die Entschädigung der Versicherer für Verlustscheine und
andere Rechtstitel gemäss Art. 64 a Abs. 4 KVG geht zulasten des Ge-
samtbetrags für die Prämienverbilligung.
2 Der Versicherer gibt der SVA die Personen bekannt, die wegen aus-
stehender Prämien oder Kostenbeteiligungen der obligatorischen Kran-
kenpflegeversicherung betrieben werden (Art. 64 a Abs. 2 KVG). Die
SVA leitet die Betreibungsanzeige an die zuständige Gemeinde weiter.
