Art. 1

25 1 Nach Massgabe der Vorschriften des Bundes über die Er- Leistungsarten

gänzungsleistungen zur Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenversiche-

rung und aufgrund dieses Gesetzes werden Zusatzleistungen ausgerich-

tet. Diese bestehen aus

a. Ergänzungsleistungen gemäss ELG, bestehend aus jährlicher Ergän-

zungsleistung sowie Vergütung von Krankheits- und Behinderungs-

kosten,

b. Beihilfen,

c. Zuschüssen.

2 Die Ergänzungsleistungen gehen den Beihilfen und Zuschüssen

vor.
