Art. 7 : Verkehrsabgabenverordnung (VAV)

Art. 7

1 Für Motorfahrzeuge mit Rotationskolbenmotoren wird die

Verkehrsabgabe nach den Ansätzen für die betreffende Fahrzeugkate-

gorie oder Bewilligungsart erhoben.

2 Stellt dieser Tarif auf den Hubraum des Motors ab, gilt das Kam-

mervolumen des Rotationskolbenmotors als Hubraum. Die Sicher-

heitsdirektion kann für die einzelnen Motorenmodelle in Berücksich-

tigung der technischen Voraussetzungen und der Motorenleistung

anordnen, dass nur ein Teil des gesamten Kammervolumens als Hub-

raum angerechnet wird.
