13 Übersteigt bei schweren Motorwagen gemäss § 2 Abs. 1
lit. b VAG die nach Anhang Ziff. 2 lit. a und b VAG berechnete jähr-
liche Verkehrsabgabe Fr. 2000, wird der Fr. 2000 übersteigende Betrag
nur im Umfang von 10% berücksichtigt. Bei Personenwagen ist die
volle Verkehrsabgabe geschuldet.
