Art. 3a

14 1 Das Strassenverkehrsamt vollzieht das Verkehrsabgaben-

und Strassenverkehrsrecht. Abweichende Regelungen bleiben vorbe-

halten.

2 Im Bereich des Strassenverkehrsrechts obliegt ihm insbesondere

a. die Durchführung der Fahrzeug- und Führerprüfungen,

b. die Erteilung der Fahrzeug- und Führerausweise und deren Entzug

sowie die weiteren Administrativmassnahmen,

c. die Erteilung von Sonderbewilligungen für Fahrzeuge.
