Art. 3
Nicht gebührenpflichtig sind
a. Auskünfte und Beratungen, die unter den allgemeinen Informations-
und Beratungsauftrag gemäss Art. 6 und 44 des Umweltschutz-
gesetzes fallen, sofern sie nicht mit einem besonderen Aufwand
verbunden sind,

b. Stichproben und aufgrund von Hinweisen vorgenommene Kont-
rollen, bei denen es sich nicht um die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen
Kontrollen handelt, sofern keine Verletzung von materiellen Um-
weltschutzvorschriften festgestellt wird,
c. allgemeine Abklärungen zur Vorbereitung des Vollzugs wie das
Beschaffen von Grundlagen oder Erhebungen zum Stand der
Technik.
