Art. 9

1 Schutzmassnahmen gemäss § 205 lit. b, c und d PBG2 sind

anzuordnen, wenn oder soweit planungsrechtliche Massnahmen und die

Bauvorschriften einen fachgerechten Schutz sowie Pflege und Unter-

halt nicht sicherstellen.9

halt nicht oder nicht abschliessend geregelt werden, so sind derartige
