Art. 3

1 Mit dem Baugesuch sind in der Regel folgende Pläne ein- Gesuchs-

zureichen

a.36 Situationsplan in Form eines aktuellen Katasterplans gemäss amt-

licher Vermessung oder eines anderen Plans gleichen Inhalts und

gleicher Darstellung. Der Situationsplan gibt Aufschluss über die

Stellung und die Abstände der projektierten Bauten und Anlagen

zu den Grundstücksgrenzen und den benachbarten Bauten und

Anlagen. Ferner sind darin die im Kataster der öffentlich-recht-

lichen Eigentumsbeschränkungen erfassten Themen (§ 2 Kan-

tonale Verordnung über den Kataster der öffentlich-rechtlichen

Eigentumsbeschränkungen [KÖREBKV] vom 27. Juni 20127)

soweit darstellbar abzubilden. Die Übereinstimmung mit den

massgeblichen Daten und den Darstellungsnormen der amtlichen

Vermessung ist durch die Nachführungsstelle der amtlichen Ver-

messung bestätigen zu lassen. Eine Beglaubigung im Sinne von
