Art. 13

1 Für Bauvorhaben von untergeordneter Bedeutung, durch

welche keine zum Rekurs berechtigenden Interessen Dritter berührt

werden, wird anstelle des ordentlichen Verfahrens das Anzeigeverfah-

ren angewendet.24

2 Beim Anzeigeverfahren entfallen die Aussteckung und die öffent-

liche Bekanntmachung. Die Behandlungsfrist beträgt 30 Tage.50

3 Die Gesuchstellenden können anstelle des Anzeigeverfahrens die

Durchführung des ordentlichen Verfahrens verlangen.
