Art. 4 : Verkehrserschliessungsverordnung (VErV)

Art. 4

Zufahrten und Ausfahrten sind so zu gestalten, dass

a. sie ihren Zweck erfüllen und der vollständigen Nutzung der Grund- stücke genügen,

b. die Verkehrssicherheit für alle Verkehrsteilnehmerinnen und Ver- kehrsteilnehmer jederzeit gewährleistet ist und die Bedürfnisse von mobilitäts- und sehbehinderten Menschen sowie von Kindern, ins-besondere auf Schulwegen, berücksichtigt werden,

c. der Einsatz der öffentlichen Dienste, insbesondere für Notfallein- sätze, jederzeit gewährleistet ist,

d. Mauern, Einfriedigungen, Pflanzen und Auswirkungen von Grund- stücknutzungen die Verkehrssicherheit sowie die Sicherheit des Stras- senkörpers nicht beeinträchtigen.
