Art. 82

Sonderbauvorschriften können frühestens fünf Jahre nach Aufhebung

ihrem Inkrafttreten aufgehoben werden, wenn weder eine wesentliche

Bautätigkeit eingesetzt hat, die von den eingeräumten Möglichkeiten

Gebrauch macht, noch entsprechende ernsthafte Bestrebungen nach-

gewiesen werden.
