Art. 45

1 Die Gemeinden erlassen eine Bau- und Zonenordnung.

2 Sie sind dabei an die Institute, Begriffe, Mess- und Berechnungs-

weisen sowie an die Mindestanforderungen des kantonalen Rechts

gebunden, soweit es ihnen nicht ausdrücklich Abweichungen gestattet.
